OVERVIEW
We are are proud to launch the OVA Social Membership! With the aim of enabling those who have been a part of our great athletics club or those who support a current member or athlete (but often go unrecognised), this new membership option is an opportunity to continue to be a part of, and show your support for, the OVA Southern Saints.
MEMBER BENEFITS
As an initiative by OVA, we feel that all members are an integral part of the club's fabric and spirit. Going beyond a 'sign up and forget' approach, we've developed a small package of benefits for those who sign up as an OVA Social Member. These benefits include:
Invitation to all club social events and functions (such as our bowling and mini-golf events);
An OVA Southern Saints drink bottle (now available);
Discounted entry to the Hartz Race to the Taste ($5.00 off full entry price); and
Subscription to the OVA mailing list and newletters.
WHO IS THE SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP AIMED AT?
We welcome anybody who has been involved with the OVA Southern Saints Athletics Club to join us as a social member.
In particular, this is a great opportunity for past athletes or members who are currently interstate/overseas to stay connected with the OVA Southern Saints and show their support for the club.
The social membership is also aimed at the family members who support current athletes to also become a part of the club and stay in the loop with all things OVA.
COST
The cost of the OVA Social Membership is $10.00 per year, per person, and runs up until the 31st March each year.
PLEASE NOTE:
The social membership unfortunately doesn't enable members to train at the Domain Athletics Centre or use the facilities, as it doesn't incorporate the track levy required. It's still a great option for those looking to support the club though so get on board!
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Becoming a social member of the OVA Southern Saints is now available through our online registration portal, which can be found via the link below. After clicking the link, select the "SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP" option and follow the prompts.
