Interclub kicks off at 2.00pm with a walk, pole vault and hammer.  This is just the lead up to the major events though with the heats for the 60m State Championships at 4.25pm featuring our own Jacob Despard.  The Mixed 4 x 400m Relay Championship with our OVA team of Mitchell, Bailey, Alex and Ella is  at 4.45pm - come and cheer them on.  Then we head in to Night of Fives organised by OVA and Knock Off Run Club and incorporating the 5000m State Championships featuring Callum, William and Brad.

Night of Fives - We Need Your Help

Getting bigger every year the Night of Fives is a huge night for OVA.  How can you be involved?

• Help out on the night - we need help to set up, give out shoe tags and collect them after, give out hip numbers, water station, set up and pack up, bar sales.  Email us, comment in the Member's group or speak to a committee member on Sunday.
• Invite your friends and family to watch a great night of racing - food, drinks, bar sales right beside the track.

Congratulation Tegan Dench on her record breaking weekend last Sunday setting new a record for Javelin.  Provisionally a State Record.

Thanks to all our helpers at the Cadbury Marathon.  It was an early start and a  big morning but you did OVA proud.  Well done to all those who conquered the course as well.
