Club president Nathan Morey wishes to confirm with members and friends of the OVA Southern Saints, that the AGM will be held from 2pm at the Domain Function room on the 15th May.
"There have been very minimal nominations for OVA Board Positions. Those I have received are from current committee members. The club needs a functioning committee to survive. If I don’t receive nominations prior to the AGM, positions will be left vacant until those positions can be filled".

We are also working on a year book which will be handed out at the end of the function, another great initiative by the club.
The OVA Southern Saints are seeking nominations for their committee for the 2016-17 season and beyond. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a community organisation, who has at its foundation aims to develop its members irrespective of their athletic abilities and promote a positive, encouraging sporting culture.
The OVA committee meets briefly once a month during the track and field season, and generally once every six weeks during the off season. Most meetings start at 6:00pm and finish by 7:30pm.
The committee is a necessary part to any organisation, and is vital to the ongoing successes of our club. If you think you can bring a set of skills to the governance of OVA, then get 'on board' for 2016-17.
