In the handicap event, where runners are seeded off their recent best times and go at different intervals to create some exciting watching, Josh and Mitch were put through their paces over the road course. Both boys ran really well over the 3.5km race, which included some pretty big hills.
We were lucky to catch both the boys before they finished their cool down to hear how they went, as well as why they joined the OVA Southern Saints and how long they've been participating for. There was also a bit of banter as they discussed the worst trait about the other sibling.
Check them out in the video below, and thanks to both the lads and their family for the interview, and keep your eye on these two as they round off the cross country season and lead into track and field. #goOVA
